All Reservations made on Cape Cod Ocean Resorts for the Ocean Mist Resort in South Yarmouth have up until 72 hours prior to their arrival to cancel their reservation.  Reservations that fail to cancel within 72 hours will be charged the equal of one nights stay.  All reservations will be charged a 1 night stay for deposit.  Refunds on deposits will be issued if the has been cancelled within 72 hours prior to your arrival.
