Driver's Liscense and Major CC are required upon tour check-in.  Married Couples must attend presentation with their spouse.  If you have previewed this resort within the last 12 months you are non-eligible for this getaway package.

Ocean Mist Online Reservation Policy

All Reservations made on Cape Cod Ocean Resorts for the Ocean Mist Resort in South Yarmouth have up until 72 hours prior to their arrival to cancel their reservation.  Reservations that fail to cancel within 72 hours will be charged the equal of one nights stay.  All reservations will be charged a 20% refundable deposit by Cape Cod Ocean Resorts on the date that the reservation was booked online at www.capecodoceanresorts.com.  All refunds on deposits will be issued by Cape Cod Ocean Resorts.
